Le Paris Spa services are guaranteed as long as at-home care is followed as directed. If you are ever dissatisfied, we require notification within five days of the date of the service was performed. An original receipt is required for all refunds. Requests for refunds must be within two weeks of the purchase date. Products bought must be unused. There are no refunds for services. Our gift cards are redeemable for services and/or products only, not cash. They are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of the appointment. We are unable to replace gift cards if lost or stolen. They must be redeemed within one year of the date of purchase. We also request a courtesy 24 hour cancellation notice for all Spa Services and a credit card when making reservations for packages. As our skilled staff and technicians dedicate their time to only you, any no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged full amount.
